Originally commissioned by an Australian design company seeking a wooden table to complement the BassamFellows collection, this striking piece is defined by a clear and compelling geometry. A large timber ring—expertly crafted to emphasize the natural grain—rests on three spoke-like supports that extend seamlessly to the perimeter, creating a subtle concentric effect, particularly when paired with a glass top. The elliptical legs taper elegantly, offering a slender counterpoint to the bold circular form, while their softened edges shift in perception, appearing wider or narrower depending on the viewing angle.
