The Wood Frame Side Chair refines the original series’ pursuit of lightness and sophistication, reducing its structure to a near skeletal expression without compromising comfort. Its cage-like wood frame is pared down to the absolute minimum, creating a distinctive side profile and back view. Softly rounded outer corners lend a subtle warmth, while the exposed rear frame serves a dual function as both a handle for easy movement and a place to drape a jacket or sweater. Slimmed cushions maintain comfort with remarkable restraint, and the backrest—structural yet gently flexible at the upper frame—preserves a thin, elegant profile while allowing for natural movement.
